Curbside Delivery Policy

At Vintage Works, we offer curbside delivery exclusively. Our service entails delivering your furniture piece to your designated location without unpacking or placement in your home or office.

Additionally, we do not manage the disposal of packaging debris. Should you require assistance with furniture placement, please notify us when placing your order. Vintage Works can provide extra labor for an additional fee beyond the standard delivery charges mentioned for your product.

 

Correct Address Responsibility

Customers hold the responsibility of providing accurate and precise address details for delivery. Vintage Works cannot be held liable for any shipping delays, misplacements, or incorrect deliveries resulting from customer errors or inaccurate information provided.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Most orders processed through our website are typically fulfilled within 8-12 weeks, unless otherwise indicated on the respective product page. Before shipping, all furniture undergoes thorough inspection, staging, and release.

We meticulously select shipping methods and providers to ensure optimal service and customer experience. Estimated ship-out times listed on product pages take into account factors such as size, weight, and packaging design. Please note, delays may occur due to provider availability and logistical constraints, and certain services may not be accessible in all areas.

 

Handling Damaged Deliveries

In the event of receiving a shipment with visible damages, we advise customers to make a note and take a picture with the driver, followed by promptly notifying our customer service team. If any items arrive damaged, our representatives will guide you through resolving the issue.

Before placing your order, please ensure that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and elevators in their original packaging. Next to each product on our website, you'll find the respective dimensions listed.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Once furniture is delivered, Vintage Works does not offer a return or exchange policy. However, if any delivered furniture has defects, our Customer Service team will assist in arranging repairs or exchanges. Customers cannot alter their decision post-delivery.
