Dealing with Product Defects

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Please note, our products are not eligible for return or exchange if damages are reported after delivery has been completed and inspected. If an item needs to be exchanged, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the original product.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns if the dimensions of the product do not fit within your space.

It's important to ensure that your items will fit through doors, staircases, and lifts in their packaging before placing your order. Product dimensions can be found in the details of each product listed on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

Vintage Works does not facilitate exchanges for furniture items.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your claim, we'll notify you to inform you if it has been approved or not. If approved, our customer support team will contact you to discuss the next steps.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of shipped items is not possible. Custom and special order items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once this period has passed, cancellation is not feasible for custom and special orders.
