Empowerment is at our core, and we understand that financial independence and education are powerful equalizers. We hire for attitude and invest in world-class training, teaching skills such as; hand painting, carving, crocheting, knitting, and hand embroidery to empower our community.

In times of need, our on-site medical facility ensures the well-being of our team, providing free First Aid and a stocked pharmacy. We've spent millions settling medical bills for our workers and their families.

Dedicated to using our business as a force for good, we prioritize giving back to our community in meaningful ways, particularly focusing on creating opportunities for the underprivileged.

One significant initiative involves donating a percentage of our profits to support orphaned children in our local area, and we've gone a step further by adopting numerous orphaned children, ensuring they receive a world-class education and a quality life until adulthood.

Additionally, Vintage Works has taken on the responsibility of funding a fully equipped school in Daska, offering free education to underprivileged children from surrounding villages.
